Using the Site

Free mockups, audits, and quotes
We’re glad to provide free website mockups, SEO audits, and quotes. These are provided “as is,” for your evaluation, and are based on the information available at the time. They are illustrative estimates and professional opinions — not a guarantee of any specific result, ranking, traffic, revenue, or outcome. A mockup or audit doesn’t create an obligation for either of us to proceed, and we may decline or limit free work at our discretion (for example, due to capacity).
Paid services are governed by a separate agreement
Any paid engagement — website projects, retainers, or other services — is governed by a separate written proposal, statement of work, or contract that we both agree to. Pricing shown on the Site is indicative and may change; the figures that apply to you are the ones in your signed agreement. If anything in these Site Terms conflicts with your signed agreement, your signed agreement controls for that engagement.
No professional guarantees / disclaimer
Search, AI-search, and advertising results depend on many factors outside our control (search-engine and platform algorithms, competition, your market, and your own participation). We work hard and use current best practices, but we do not guarantee particular rankings, visibility in AI assistants, lead volume, or business results. The Site and its free resources are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Andrew Pate (doing business as Peak8 Studio) will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Site or its free resources. Nothing here limits liability that can’t be limited under applicable law.

The Site may reference or link to third-party tools, platforms, and websites we don’t control, and we’re not responsible for their content or practices.
Changes to the Site and these Terms
We may update, change, or discontinue parts of the Site, and we may revise these Terms. The effective date above shows the current version; continued use after changes means you accept them.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to the Site will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
